Trade Show Exhibit Rentals in Las Vegas — Browse 1512 Designs by Size

Browse our complete rental catalog — from 10x10 inlines to flagship islands and double-deck structures. Every exhibit is designed, built, and installed by one Las Vegas team. Organized by footprint so you can start from the space you have already purchased.

Every Booth Size We Rent in Las Vegas

Choosing a booth size is the first real decision an exhibitor makes, and it drives everything that follows — what you can display, how many conversations your team can hold at once, what your freight and drayage bill looks like, and whether you need rigging. We rent 1512 individual exhibit designs in Las Vegas, organized by footprint so you can start from the space you have already purchased rather than from a design catalog that ignores it.

If you have not yet reserved space, that ordering matters too. Show organizers sell floor space long before exhibitors think about the booth that goes in it, and the best positions on the floor go early. Once you know your footprint, everything on this page becomes concrete.

10x10 Inline Exhibits — 100 Square Feet

The 10x10 is the standard entry footprint at nearly every Las Vegas show and it is the single most-rented size in our inventory. You have one open side facing the aisle, eight-foot back wall height, and three-foot side rails that protect your neighbors' sightlines. That constraint is real and the show enforces it, which is why a 10x10 lives or dies on its back wall.

A well-built 10x10 does three things: it reads from thirty feet down the aisle, it gives your team somewhere to stand that is not in the walkway, and it hides your cases. We build 10x10 rentals with backlit fabric back walls, illuminated headers, a reception or lead-capture counter with lockable storage inside, and floor covering that separates your space visually from the aisle. Most 10x10 exhibitors underestimate how much difference lighting makes — an unlit 10x10 next to a lit one is invisible.

10x20 Inline Exhibits — 200 Square Feet

Doubling to a 10x20 changes the math more than the numbers suggest. You now have enough back wall to run a genuine graphic narrative from left to right, room for a demo station without blocking your own entrance, and the option to build a small semi-private meeting area at one end while keeping the other end open to the aisle.

The 10x20 is where most companies stop looking like a startup and start looking like a supplier. It is also the last size where you can usually avoid rigging costs entirely, because the back wall can carry your identity without a hanging sign. For exhibitors who want to grow into a bigger footprint over several years, the 10x20 is the sensible middle step — and because our rentals are modular, many 10x20 configurations can be re-skinned and re-sized into a 20x20 the following year.

10x30 Inline Exhibits — 300 Square Feet

The 10x30 is an underused footprint and it is often available when 20x20 islands have sold out. Thirty linear feet of back wall gives you room for three distinct zones — welcome, demonstrate, close — laid out in the order a visitor naturally walks. It works particularly well for companies with a product line rather than a single product, because you can dedicate a section to each without them competing.

20x20 Island Exhibits — 400 Square Feet

Moving to an island is the biggest single upgrade available to an exhibitor, and it is not really about square footage. An island is open on all four sides, which means visitors approach from any direction, there are no side rails limiting your height on the edges, and you are permitted a hanging sign. You become visible from across the hall instead of from down one aisle.

It also means you can no longer hide anything. Every side of an island is a front, and a design that works as an inline will look unfinished as an island. Our 20x20 island rentals are built as four-sided compositions — a central structure or tower that carries branding at height, open corners that invite traffic in rather than blocking it, demo or display zones positioned so two conversations can happen without interfering, and enclosed storage built into the structure rather than parked behind a curtain.

Twenty-by-twenty is the most competitive size at large Las Vegas shows and it is where the difference between a rental and a rental that was actually designed shows up most clearly.

20x30 and 20x40 Island Exhibits — 600 to 800 Square Feet

At this scale you are building an environment, not a booth. There is room for a genuinely private meeting room with a door, a presentation area with seating, a product wall that a visitor can walk along, and separate staff circulation so your team is not squeezing past customers.

Twenty-by-forty in particular gives you enough length to run a linear journey — awareness at one end, detail in the middle, conversion at the other — which is how the best-performing large booths on the Las Vegas floor are laid out. These footprints almost always carry a hanging sign, and rigging needs to be planned early because hall rigging points and organizer deadlines are fixed well before show week.

30x30, 30x40 and 40x40 Exhibits — 900 to 1,600 Square Feet

Large-format islands are their own discipline. Structural engineering, permitted heights, fire-safety clearances, aisle-line compliance and rigging load calculations all come into play, and every one of them is enforced on the Las Vegas Convention Center floor. We handle the drawing submissions and the approvals as part of the rental.

At this size you should expect a hanging structure — a ring, a truss box or a fabric cloud — because a booth this large needs identification at height or it disappears into the hall. Interior architecture matters as much as the perimeter: sub-rooms, a demo theater, elevated product platforms, and storage sized to what your team actually ships.

40x60, 50x50 and 60x60 Exhibits — 2,400 to 3,600 Square Feet

These are anchor positions. Exhibitors at this scale are usually running scheduled presentations, hosting private meetings on a booked calendar, and staffing twelve or more people across a shift. The build is closer to temporary architecture than to a display, and the timeline runs months rather than weeks.

We rent at this scale in Las Vegas with in-house fabrication, which matters because changes at 3,600 square feet are expensive when they have to be subcontracted. Everything is engineered to be reconfigurable, so an anchor exhibit is not a single-show write-off.

Double-Deck Exhibits — Two Levels

A double-deck buys you the one thing the show floor cannot sell you: private space directly above your public space. The ground level stays open for traffic and demonstration while the upper deck hosts meetings, hospitality or quiet conversations away from the noise.

Double-decks are permitted at Las Vegas venues but they carry the strictest requirements of anything on the floor — engineered stamped drawings, occupancy limits, staircase and railing specifications, fire clearance, and organizer approval submitted well in advance. Not every hall and not every show permits them. We confirm eligibility for your specific show and venue before you commit, and we handle the entire approval package.

LED Video Wall Exhibits — Any Footprint

LED has moved from a premium add-on to a default expectation at technology, automotive and consumer shows in Las Vegas. A seamless LED wall gives you motion, it changes content between audiences without reprinting anything, and it is bright enough to compete with hall lighting in a way that printed graphics cannot.

We rent LED in every footprint from a 10x10 accent wall through full-height 30x40 backdrops, including curved and wrapped configurations. Pixel pitch, viewing distance, content resolution, processing and power draw all need to be specified together — a wall built for a 10x10 aisle viewer needs a tighter pitch than one viewed from forty feet across an island.

What Every Rental Includes

Every exhibit rental in this inventory is quoted turnkey. That means the price you are given covers the whole job, not the structure alone:

  • The complete exhibit structure, engineered and pre-fit before it ships
  • All printed graphics produced in house — fabric, direct print, backlit or vinyl
  • Flooring, whether carpet, padding, raised deck or laminate
  • Lighting — arm lights, wash lighting, backlit elements and internal illumination
  • Furniture appropriate to the design, including counters, seating and display fixtures
  • Delivery to the Las Vegas venue and coordination with the general contractor
  • Professional installation and dismantle by our own crews
  • Removal and return, with nothing left for your team to handle

What is not included, and what we will always call out separately, are the show's own charges: electrical service, rigging labor, material handling and drayage, cleaning and internet. These are billed by the venue or the official contractor at their published rates and we order against them on your behalf.

Rent or Buy?

Renting makes sense when you exhibit in different cities at different sizes, when your messaging changes between shows, when you do not want to own storage and refurbishment, or when you want current-generation LED without buying panels that date in two years. Buying makes sense when you exhibit the same footprint many times a year with stable branding. We do both, and we will tell you honestly which one fits your show calendar.

Start With Your Footprint

Pick your size above to see every design available in that footprint, or call (702) 819-0122 and tell us the show, the hall and the space number. We will tell you what fits, what the venue permits, and what it will cost delivered and installed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size trade show booth do I need in Las Vegas?

Start from the space you have already purchased from the show organizer. If you are choosing fresh: a 10x10 suits one or two staff and a single message; a 10x20 supports a demo plus a conversation area; a 20x20 island is the first size that reads from across the hall and permits a hanging sign; 20x40 and larger support private meeting rooms and scheduled presentations.

How far in advance should I reserve an exhibit rental for a Las Vegas show?

Three to six months is comfortable. Las Vegas show weeks stack against each other and both inventory and install labor are finite. For CES, NAB, SEMA and World of Concrete weeks, six months is realistic. We do take rush projects — call and ask rather than assuming it is too late.

Do you handle installation at the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Yes. We install and dismantle with our own crews and coordinate directly with the official general contractor, including target move-in times, marshalling yard scheduling and freight handling.

Can I add a hanging sign to my booth?

If your footprint is an island and your show permits it, yes. Hanging signs require engineered drawings, organizer approval and rigging labor booked in advance. We handle the drawings and the submission.

Are graphics included in the rental price?

Yes. All graphics are produced in house and included in the turnkey quote — fabric, direct print, backlit and vinyl. You supply artwork or we design it.

What is not included in a turnkey rental?

Show-charged services: electrical, rigging labor, material handling and drayage, booth cleaning and internet. These are set by the venue or general contractor. We order them for you and they are billed at actual cost.
