Exhibit and Booth Rentals for the International Builders' Show
The residential construction industry's premier annual event brings builders, remodelers, and suppliers to Las Vegas. We build exhibit rentals that display building products beautifully and turn heavy traffic into qualified leads.

About IBS and Who Exhibits There
The International Builders' Show is the residential construction industry's annual trade event, held in Las Vegas and co-located with KBIS as Design & Construction Week. Exhibitors cover framing and structural products, windows and doors, roofing and siding, insulation, HVAC, decking and outdoor living, tools and equipment, and building technology.
The audience is home builders, remodelers, contractors, architects, developers and distributors.
What Makes IBS Different to Build For
Products are physically large and often structural. Windows, doors, roofing systems and framing components are heavy and awkward, and they need to be displayed in installed context to mean anything. That drives mock-wall construction, framed openings, and partial-assembly displays rather than product on a plinth.
There is a substantial outdoor exhibit component. Decking, outdoor living, heavy equipment and anything requiring weather exposure or scale sits outside. Outdoor builds need ballast rather than floor anchoring, weather planning and independent power distribution.
Contractors evaluate by handling. This audience wants to touch a window operator, feel a decking surface, look at a fastening detail. Booths that put product behind a barrier underperform booths that let people handle it, even at the cost of some wear across four days.
Co-location with KBIS creates one of the heaviest weeks of the Las Vegas year for freight, install labor and hotel capacity. Book earlier than the show size alone would suggest.
IBS Venue and Move-In
IBS is held at the Las Vegas Convention Center with additional outdoor exhibit space. Large and heavy building products need high-clearance access and routing confirmed against the specific hall before design. Product delivery is coordinated separately from booth freight.
For outdoor positions, plan ballast, weather exposure and power run to the location — outdoor move-in runs on its own schedule and access route.
Booth Sizes That Work at IBS
10x10 and 10x20 — Suitable for hardware, fasteners, tools and components.
20x20 island — The minimum for mock-wall or framed-opening displays with circulation.
20x40 and larger — Multiple installed contexts, a full structural mock-up, and builder meeting space.
Outdoor — For decking, outdoor living and equipment requiring scale or weather.
How Early to Book for IBS
Five to six months, and treat Design & Construction Week as a compressed labor market. If you need mock-wall construction or an outdoor build, start at the longer end.
