Trade Show Exhibit Services in Las Vegas — Design Through Dismantle

Everything handled under one roof — from first concept to post-show storage.

One Company, the Entire Job

Most exhibitors end up managing four or five vendors for a single show — one designs, one fabricates, one prints, one ships, one installs — and every gap between them becomes the exhibitor's problem at two in the morning during move-in. We do all of it in house, which means one contract, one point of contact, and nobody to blame when something is missing.

Below is what each part of that actually involves in Las Vegas.

Exhibit Design and 3D Rendering

Design starts with the constraints, not the aesthetics. Before anything is drawn we establish your footprint and booth number, the hall and its ceiling and rigging limits, the show's height and sightline rules, what you need the booth to accomplish, how many staff will work it, and what you are shipping in.

From there you receive full 3D renderings showing the booth from the angles a visitor will actually see it — down the aisle, at the corner, and standing inside it. Renderings are revised until they are right. We would rather move a wall in a drawing than on the show floor.

Design also covers the traffic plan, which is the part exhibitors most often skip. Where does a visitor enter? Where do they stop? Where does a conversation happen without blocking the entrance? Where does your team stand so they are approachable rather than defensive? A booth that looks excellent and traps visitors in a corner underperforms a plainer booth that flows.

Every design is checked against venue and organizer rules before it goes to fabrication, and we prepare the drawing package for approval submission.

In-House Graphics Production

Graphics are produced in our own facility, which matters for three reasons: colour control, turnaround, and the ability to reprint when something changes at the last minute.

We produce dye-sublimated fabric for seamless tension graphics, direct-print rigid substrates, backlit fabric and film for illuminated elements, cut vinyl for logos and lettering, and large-format soft signage for hanging structures. Everything is colour-managed against your brand references rather than printed to whatever the machine defaults to.

Because printing is in house, a corrected graphic can be reprinted and installed in Las Vegas inside a day. That is the difference between a typo you live with for three days and a typo nobody sees.

If you do not have print-ready artwork, our design team produces it. If you have brand guidelines, we work inside them.

Fabrication

Structures are built and fully pre-fit in our shop before they ship. Every component is assembled, checked for fit, and dismantled for transport. Nothing arrives at the venue having never been put together.

We fabricate custom structures, modular systems, reconfigurable frame systems, double-deck structures, hanging elements, counters and casework, and product-specific display fixtures. Everything is engineered to be transported, installed and struck repeatedly without degrading, and to be re-skinned and re-sized for the next show rather than discarded.

For large-format and double-deck builds, engineered drawings are produced and stamped where the venue requires it. We handle that submission.

Freight, Drayage and Logistics

Getting the exhibit to the hall is not the hard part. Getting it to your space at the right time is.

Las Vegas venues run marshalling yards with assigned target arrival times. Freight that arrives outside its window waits, and while it waits your install crew stands idle. We plan the target time into the schedule from the beginning, route the shipment to hit it, and manage the paperwork with the official contractor.

Material handling — drayage — is charged by the official general contractor by weight, and it is one of the largest and least predictable line items at any show. We reduce it where it can legitimately be reduced by engineering crate weights down, consolidating shipments and ordering against the advance rate rather than the show-site rate. We will always tell you what to expect rather than letting it arrive as a surprise on the final invoice.

We also handle advance warehouse delivery where the show offers it, direct-to-show delivery where that is better, and return logistics after dismantle.

Installation and Dismantle

Our own crews install and dismantle. Not a subcontractor we found last week — our people, who have built these specific structures before.

Install is scheduled against the show's move-in window and coordinated with the general contractor. We work within union jurisdiction where it applies and manage that relationship as part of the job. On the floor we handle the structure, graphics, flooring, lighting, furniture placement and final dress, and we do not leave until the booth is show-ready and you have walked it.

Dismantle starts when the show closes. We strike the booth, pack it properly, and manage outbound freight. Your team leaves when the show ends rather than staying to supervise a teardown.

We also provide on-call support during show days. If a graphic panel is damaged, a light fails or a fixture needs moving, someone is available.

Storage Between Shows

If you exhibit more than once a year, storing the exhibit between shows is cheaper and simpler than rebuilding it. We store in a climate-controlled Las Vegas facility, racked and inventoried.

Storage includes condition inspection on return from each show, refurbishment and repair as needed, graphic replacement between shows so the structure stays while the message changes, inventory records of exactly what you own and where it is, and preparation and pull for the next show. Clients can inspect stored property by appointment, by video walkthrough or by requested photographs.

The practical benefit is that your next show becomes a phone call. You tell us the dates, we pull the property, refresh the graphics, and ship it.

Show Services Coordination

Every show sells services through its official contractor — electrical, rigging labor, material handling, booth cleaning, internet, plumbing and lead retrieval. Each has its own form and its own advance deadline, and each costs meaningfully more if ordered late.

We review the exhibitor kit for your show, identify every service your booth needs, order against the advance-rate deadline, and reconcile at actual. You do not need to read a sixty-page kit.

Rentals, Purchases and Everything Between

Not every exhibitor should rent, and we will say so. Renting is right when you show in different cities at different sizes, when your message changes between shows, when you do not want to carry storage and refurbishment, or when you want current-generation LED without owning panels that will look dated in two years.

Buying is right when you show the same footprint repeatedly with stable branding and a predictable calendar. We build for purchase as well, and we store and maintain what we build.

There is also a middle path that most exhibitors do not know exists: own the structural components you use every time and rent the elements that change — LED, furniture, specialty fixtures. It reduces the annual cost without giving up consistency.

Why In-House Matters

When design, printing, fabrication and installation live under separate roofs, every handoff is a place for something to go wrong, and every problem becomes a conversation between vendors who each believe it is someone else's fault.

We own all four. If a graphic is wrong, we reprint it. If a component does not fit, we fix it in our own shop. If the install runs long, our crew stays. There is no coordination overhead for you to manage and no one to point at.
