Exhibit and Booth Rentals for G2E in Las Vegas
The casino and gaming technology industry's marquee Las Vegas gathering draws operators, suppliers, and gaming buyers ready to do business. We build exhibit rentals that turn that heavy traffic into qualified conversations and leads.

G2E Exhibit Planning at a Glance
Global Gaming Expo uses Venetian Expo Halls A through D for its 2026 exhibit program. The show brings casino, hospitality, gaming technology, payments, and related teams together in an environment where products often need controlled demonstrations, formal meetings, and disciplined regulatory messaging.
What Makes G2E Different to Build For
Gaming equipment, digital experiences, and hospitality technology can require substantial power, data, AV, and security coordination. The official 2026 manual separates Freeman ordering from Venetian Expo services for items such as electrical, plumbing, cleaning, catering, and some hanging-sign needs. This division should be reflected in the project scope early rather than resolved at move-in.
The current rules permit certain overhead elements only for qualifying peninsula and island spaces, and floor-covering requirements apply. A team planning a larger structure should confirm the applicable floor location, height zone, design-review threshold, and current manual before committing to a configuration.
G2E Move-In and Build Coordination
The official manual identifies Freeman as general contractor and provides current target-floor and shipping resources. The 2026 materials also list a specific EAC-registration deadline and service deadlines, which are edition-specific and must be refreshed for future events. The final project timeline should use the current target assignment, approved labor plan, and venue-service orders.
Booth Sizes That Work at G2E
10x10 and 10x20 footprints work for focused technology demonstrations and sales conversations. A 20x20 island makes room for multiple visitor approaches and a controlled product zone. Larger environments can separate live equipment, a hospitality or meeting position, and staff operations while keeping the visitor route obvious.
G2E Planning Checklist
Confirm the hall, product-service needs, current EAC procedure, and the venue-versus-contractor ordering responsibilities before fabrication begins. Exhibit Rental Las Vegas is independent of G2E and does not represent the organizer or venue.
