Exhibit Rentals for NAB Show in Las Vegas
The broadcast, film, streaming, and media technology industry's marquee Las Vegas gathering draws broadcasters, producers, and media-tech teams ready to do business. We build exhibit rentals that turn that heavy traffic into qualified conversations and leads.

NAB Show Exhibit Planning at a Glance
NAB Show uses Las Vegas Convention Center North, Central, and West Halls. The published 2026 rules distinguish linear, perimeter, island, and split-island spaces, so the first design decision should be the assigned footprint and hall instead of an assumed standard layout. Broadcast, streaming, and media-technology teams commonly need a visitor-facing product story, a demonstration position, and a place for more focused technical conversations.
What Makes NAB Show Different to Build For
The current published rules make the footprint consequential. Linear displays have an eight-foot maximum in the rear half and a four-foot limit in the front half, while an island begins at 20x20. Designs at 800 square feet or more require design and technical-rendering submission. North and West Hall have published 30-foot limits, while Central Hall has a 25-foot limit; the applicable current manual controls the final plan.
For an island, the exhibit should put the most legible product story toward the aisle and hold presentation equipment, conversations, and cables within the contracted space. NAB also requires full-floor coverage and limits sound to 80 decibels, which makes acoustic planning and clean cable routes part of the exhibit design rather than a show-week fix.
NAB Show Move-In and Design Review
Freeman is identified in the published rules as the exclusive rigging provider. Hanging signs and trusses are not permitted in a linear space; qualifying overhead elements must stay over the contracted footprint and follow the published setback requirements. The team should confirm the current service kit, target move-in assignment, electrical plan, and approved drawings before fabrication begins.
Booth Sizes That Work at NAB Show
10x10 and 10x20 spaces are best for a concise product demonstration, monitor, lead capture, and a disciplined graphic hierarchy. A 20x20 island creates the first practical four-sided environment for several demo positions. Larger islands can separate an open product theatre from a quieter meeting area while retaining accessible circulation.
NAB Show Planning Checklist
Confirm the hall and footprint; review the current display rules; identify any ceiling-suspended component early; locate sound-producing demonstrations away from open aisles; and submit the required exhibit information before the current edition's deadline. Exhibit Rental Las Vegas is independent of NAB Show and coordinates its work to the applicable official requirements.
